LexisNexis Risk Solutions Manila is seeking a Data Analytics Supervisor to lead a team of analysts and data engineers in extracting, processing and interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decisions. You will oversee data infrastructure, define key metrics, and deliver reports to senior management.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, deep data analysis and engineering knowledge, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years experience in analytics, data science, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills.
• Responsible for team’s people leadership, employee engagement, staff development and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team to extract, process, and interpret complex data sets.
• Develop and execute data analysis strategies for decision making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity; provide actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly operation performance reports for stakeholders.
