Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) seeks a Data & Analytics Officer to join the Manila Shared Services Centre. You will handle data analytics transactions, enrolment, contributions, payments, and reporting in support of HR shared services.

You will develop data models, dashboards, and ensure data quality and audit readiness, collaborating with HRSS, Finance, and IT to improve processes and support decision making.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in HR administration.
• Knowledge of HR shared services, workflows, and KPIs.
• Certification in HR is an asset.
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Makati.
• Fixed-term employment (six months).

Responsibilities

• Carry out data analytics transactions and administrative work.
• Support enrolment, contributions, payment of benefits, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on data analysis issues to IRSP Officers.
• Develop data models and usage of referential data for analysis and decision making.
• Contribute to post go-live optimization of IntelliPen within IRSP data and analysis.
