Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Senior BI Analytics Leader to oversee the development and delivery of insights, analytics, and dashboards that drive data-informed decisions. You will synthesize market trends and coordinate strategic projects at the executive level.

The role requires expertise in BI tools, dashboards, data visualization, and leadership to foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications

Knowledge of BI tools, such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Analytics
Ability to build dashboards, models, generate reports, and document processes and insights
Strong grasp of industry trends
Agile, innovative, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Collaboration
Project management skills
Management and supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Oversees development and delivery of actionable insights and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
Spearheads BI strategy development aligned with organizational goals
Creates deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and forecast growth
Drives adoption of advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and AI
Designs intuitive data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders
Engages business partners to deliver analytical solutions
Monitors KPIs and performance of BI initiatives
Leads and mentors the analytics team to foster data-driven culture
