Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced BI Manager to lead the development and delivery of data-driven solutions across Clinical Services, Operations, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 7+ years of BI reporting/analytics experience with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik.
• 3+ years as a functional manager leading a 2–5 person team.
• Proficient in data analysis, analytics and reporting with actionable insights.
• Experience in report/dashboard development, data modeling and visualization.
• Proficient with SQL data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, FTP or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of timely, accurate BI reports and dashboards.
• Deliver BI solutions using Tableau and related systems.
• Collaborate with executives and departments to align BI with business goals.
• Gather requirements and define KPIs to benchmark success.
