Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science and ML initiatives from problem framing to deployment.
• Develop analytics for medical utilization management, including FWAE detection.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Perform EDA to identify trends and opportunities in healthcare data.
• Design, test, and optimize ML models and monitor performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.
