CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned BI Manager to lead data-driven decision support across Clinical Services, Operations, Finance, and Revenue Cycle.

You will oversee dashboards, analytics, and data warehousing initiatives, transforming healthcare data into actionable insights using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel. The role requires 7+ years in BI/analytics, 3+ years in people management, and a healthcare background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or equivalent education/work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Reporting using BI and Analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, Qlik (Tableau preferred).
• 3 years as a functional manager leading a team of 2-5.
• Healthcare background is required.
• Strong data analysis, analytics and reporting skills with proven insights.
• Experience in report/dashboard development, data modeling and visualization.
• Proficient with SQL databases including ETL/extraction and analysis.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience leading system integration design using APIs, FTP, and other tools.
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for design, development and delivery of reports and dashboards with accuracy.
• Deliver BI reporting components using Tableau and other systems.
• Collaborate with executive management and departments to align with business goals.
• Gather requirements and define KPIs to benchmark performance.
• Work with unit heads on budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare business cases for investments and strategic decisions.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights for reports.
• Build and test interactive reports and dashboards for real-time access.
• Develop data warehouse requirements and lead implementation.
• Run queries to extract and analyze data from databases and spreadsheets.
