Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze operational data and deliver timely insights for program performance. The role involves collecting data from multiple sources, building reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience, with strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills using Looker/Power BI. Familiarity with BigQuery and SSIS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably within a contact center environment.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI to create visual representations of data.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Looker, and BigQuery.
• Experience with maintaining and developing reporting tools is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills are a must.
• Proficiency in fine-tuning data queries with strong SQL skills and knowledge of SSIS.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work with large data sets and databases.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling to stay current with data analysis tools.
