Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Reporting Analyst to drive real-time reporting, analyze trends, and diagnose KPI fluctuations. You will generate daily and weekly reports, ensuring personnel data is accurate for the assigned program.

The role requires leadership experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and proficiency with formulas and pivot tables. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership and supervisory roles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Docs.
• Proficiency with formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication skills and data entry accuracy.
• Adaptability to learn various software programs (e.g., Javascript).
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for real-time reporting and diagnosing trends in key performance metrics.
• Generate weekly and daily KPI reports.
• Ensure employee data is current and accurate for assigned program.
• Work in partnership with Operational Leaders and Program Leadership.
