The ideal candidate will possess expert-level SQL skills, experience with statistics and survey modeling techniques, and a proven track record in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using advanced SQL queries.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide deep insights into customer behavior and trends.
• Conduct comprehensive customer research and insight analysis to identify key trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
• Utilize statistical methods and survey modelling techniques to interpret survey data and support business decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and align insights with business objectives.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and customer research.
• Identify and implement improvements in data collection and analysis processes.

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree holder
