Position: Data Analyst

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Set Up: Hybrid (1-2x a month onsite)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL and Excel proficiency
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in data analytics/reporting; knowledge of ETL, data governance, or Python/R is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting, analytics, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain data models, queries, and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for insights and reporting
• Perform data analysis, validation, and trend identification to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support reporting, collaborate with teams, and handle ad hoc analytical tasks as needed
