Job summary

SPCE Corp seeks an Operations Data & Support Analyst to bridge asset data management with property operations. You will maintain databases, map assets, analyze metrics, and produce visuals for the portfolio team.

This full-time onsite role in Makati requires a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who can transform raw data into actionable insights for site operations and improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome or 1–2 years in data administration, real estate analytics, BI, or operations support.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Data & Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between asset data management and property operations, providing comprehensive, data-driven portfolio management support to our Operations Team. You will be responsible for maintaining database integrity, performing spatial data mapping and plotting, analyzing operational metrics, and managing the documentation that drives our property enhancement plans. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring an individual who is proactive, excels at transforming raw data into actionable insights, and values timely performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data-driven support to the Operations Manager and Team to enhance the overall efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance of property operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow optimization across the real estate portfolio.

Database Management & Integrity:

• Serve as a primary custodian of the property management databases; continuously audit, maintain, and update records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
• Ensure all asset information, structural records, and tenant details are systematically categorized and cleanly ingested into the system.

Operational & Logistical Logistics Support:

• GIS & Spatial Mapping: Utilize mapping tools to plot property locations, define boundaries, and create detailed spatial/geographic layout visualizations for the portfolio.
• Site Intelligence: Plan and organize comprehensive itineraries for site visits, and participate in site assessments to validate database records against physical asset conditions.
• Asset Onboarding: Facilitate the data-cleansing, file organization, and digital migration of legacy real estate assets into the active database.
• Presentation Collateral: Transform raw operational and financial data into clean visual charts, graphs, and presentation collateral for stakeholder meetings.

Project Governance (RACI & PIP Plans):

• Assist in the configuration, completion, and consolidation of Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) matrices to track project ownership.
• Track metrics, milestones, and data timelines for Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) to ensure capital expenditure projects stay on schedule.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Setup: Full-time, Onsite role (Makati) with occasional site visits for data validation.
• Experience: Junior level. Open to fresh graduates with strong analytical backgrounds or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data administration, real estate analytics, business intelligence, or operations support.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in data encoding, database structures, and data manipulation.
• Experience with mapping tools, Google Earth, or basic GIS plotting is appreciated.
• Advanced command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data formatting) and PowerPoint for data visualization. Experience BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the logistical ability to coordinate field-to-office workflows.
