Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Real Estate Analysis

• Conduct research and analysis on commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural property markets
• Assist in preparing research reports with clear property descriptions, valuation methodologies, and market insights
• Analyze property and rental market trends, absorption rates, competitive landscapes, and emerging real estate trends
• Support evaluation of property investments, market risks, and growth opportunities
• Monitor changes in real estate laws, taxation, and industry practices affecting the market
• Contribute to economic and market reports related to employment, population growth, and other sector drivers
• Assist in preparing periodic research reports published by PRIME Philippines Research

2. Data Collection and Management

• Gather, clean, validate, and integrate data from internal and external sources
• Maintain and regularly update property databases via fieldwork, client calls/visits, and desktop research
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Build and maintain structured datasets and data models for analysis and reporting

3. Data Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, correlations, and key market or business drivers
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, charts, and visualizations using Power BI
• Translate complex data into actionable and visually engaging insights for stakeholders
• Ensure consistency and alignment of key metrics across business units
• Continuously enhance reporting frameworks based on feedback

4. Business Support and Collaboration

• Collaborate with team leader and internal teams to understand client-specific research requirements
• Provide analytical support and ad hoc reports to support strategic planning and decision‑making
• Present data‑driven insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
• Support client‑facing research, presentations, and publications with data‑backed insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in data analytics, research, or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data modeling; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
• Proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings effectively
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
