Job Description

As our Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence by:

1. Data Collection & Management: Gathering and maintaining accurate retail data across multiple sources.
2. Reporting & Presentation: Creating dashboards, reports, and presentations that simplify complex data into clear insights.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations to align strategies with data-driven recommendations.
4. Market Intelligence: Researching consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and industry trends to guide business strategy.
5. Data Analysis:
   • Sales performance tracking and actionable recommendations
   • Utility and salary expense optimization
   • Manpower turnover analysis and retention strategies
   • Stock loss investigation and prevention
   • Inventory level optimization with warehouse and ITDM teams
   • Seasonal (festival) operations analysis for store opening/closure decisions
6. Supporting ad hoc projects and future assignments from RTM Heads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis (retail experience is a plus!)
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistics, data modeling, and visualization
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and other data tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights in a clear, business-friendly format
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence decision-making through data
• Willingness to work onsite in Marikina and eventually in Eastwood by February 2026
