Alaska Milk Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst to lead marketing analytics and transform consumer, brand, and market data into actionable recommendations that drive growth and performance.

You will partner with Brand, Sales, R&D and Finance to embed analytics into planning and deliver insights across performance, consumer behavior, brand health, and market intelligence. Strong storytelling and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing, business, data science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, market research, BI or similar.
• Strong ability to translate data into business recommendations and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Analytics Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own key marketing data domains: sales, share, profitability, consumer insights, brand health, and market intelligence.
• Transform complex data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
• Manage consumer, business, and retail trackers; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, R&D, Finance to embed analytics in planning.

In this role, you will lead analytics across multiple marketing data domains, combining consumer understanding, business performance analysis, and market intelligence to help shape winning strategies. You will collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, R&D, and Finance teams to drive data‑informed decisions and maximize business impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead Marketing Analytics Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Drive the integration of insights into strategic planning and decision‑making.

Own Key Marketing Data Domains

• Analyze and generate insights across:
  • Business Performance (sales, share, profitability, distribution)
  • Consumer Insights (behavior, segmentation, attitudes, needs)
  • Brand Health Tracking (awareness, equity, consideration, preference)
  • Innovation Performance (new product launches, product trials, repeat purchases)
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence (industry trends, competitor performance)

Deliver Actionable Insights

• Transform complex data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities for brands and categories through deep analysis and business understanding.

Manage Market Research & Trackers

• Lead the management of consumer, business, and retail tracking studies.
• Ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and meaningful interpretation of results.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Brand, Sales, R&D, Finance, and other stakeholders to embed analytics into business planning.
• Support innovation, portfolio, and commercial decisions through data‑backed recommendations.

Manage Analytics Partners & Tools

• Work with external research agencies and analytics providers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Continuously improve methodologies, reporting frameworks, and insight‑generation processes.

Champion Data-Driven Decision Making

• Promote a culture of curiosity, measurement, and evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Simplify complex analyses to help stakeholders take action with confidence.

What We Ask

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, consumer insights, market research, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Experience working with consumer, market, sales, and brand performance data
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing research agencies and external analytics partners is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and results‑oriented environment
• Fluent in English and Filipino
