• Proficiency in Jazz with a strong technical foundation.
• Independent choreography ability with a portfolio or video samples.
• Excellent rhythm, musicality, and stage presence.
• Passion for teaching, with strong communication skills, patience, and responsibility.
• Energetic and engaging personality that can motivate students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching adult dance classes.
• Familiarity with current dance and music trends.
• Additional skills in other styles (Waacking, Dancehall, Urban, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: 64K – 96K month (after tax).
• Additional incentives: private class commissions + KPI bonuses.
• Accommodation: private single-room apartment near the studio.
• Work schedule: 2–3 classes per day (1 hour per class).
• Days off: 2 days off during Mon–Fri. Work on weekends. If required to work on holidays, compensatory leave will be arranged.
