Job summary

Strada seeks a Professional Services DACH SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors EC/Talent deployments across client programs. You will apply best practices, ensure quality in production-ready deliverables, and support the sales cycle with scoping and SOW reviews.

The role covers implementation, maintenance, and stakeholder communication, with an emphasis on global, multi-country deployments and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR services delivery or HRIT functions.
• Experience implementing SuccessFactors modules (EC or Talent).
• End-to-end global deployment experience (5+ countries).
• Business level English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support workshops; capture decisions in workbooks.
• Define and document configuration of SuccessFactors modules.
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth transition to maintenance teams.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders during implementation.
• Support sales with scoping, pricing, and SOW reviews.
