Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking a CRM Developer (Dynamics 365) for onsite work in Ortigas. You will map user requirements and develop CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports, while integrating systems and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role requires strong C#, JavaScript, and Azure skills, plus DevOps and Power Platform experience. Responsibilities include unit testing, SIT, documentation, deployment scripts, and providing production support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT development experience, with two end-to-end projects.
• Hands-on experience with D365 CRM and Web Services (SOAP/XML, REST).
• Experience with Azure components: Service Bus, Function Apps, AppInsights.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Map user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, and reports.
• Develop application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies, and standards.
• Develop configuration/scripts for package deployment.
• Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
• Conduct unit testing and SIT for new software/applications.
• Develop system and operational documentation and user guides.
• Report progress and issues to the Delivery Manager.
• Prepare packages, configuration files, deployment scripts, and installation guides for all environments.
• Provide production support when necessary.
