Nestlé S.A. is seeking a D2C Digital Commerce Specialist in the Philippines to act as the primary eCommerce tech partner for the Nespresso Digital Commerce team.

You will update and maintain market-specific D2C website and app experiences and activations to drive growth, and manage content, promotions, and product configurations with internal and external partners. The role requires CMS hands-on experience (Drupal preferred), strong English writing, QA/testing experience, and a solid

Formación

• Hands-on experience with CMS including Drupal.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Experience in running test and QA activities.
• Proficiency in HTML5 to update and enhance UX & CX designs.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop or associated graphic design tools.
• Solid knowledge of SEO.
• General understanding of web design and UX.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary eCommerce technical partner for D2C Digital Commerce team, updating and maintaining D2C website & app experiences and activations.
• Support market in managing content on e-commerce D2C touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high-quality information standards.
• Update website content, manage promotions and products, communicate with internal and external partners.
• Perform QA activities and E2E testing upon code releases.
• Configure and QA existing features on Drupal and Hybris, ensure market validation prior to Production.
• Track market requests and deliverables for the business; create/update documentation.
