Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead engagements in information security, IT governance, and resilience management. You will guide project delivery, tailor methodologies, coach teams, and manage client expectations to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role reports to the Senior Manager/Partner within Digital Trust Services, requiring strong leadership, communication, and hands-on risk and governance expertise in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, business, accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security or governance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Proven project management and client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage low- to medium-complexity engagements on information security and governance.
• Tailor work programs and deliverables to client needs and environment.
• Lead project execution, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.
• Coach and mentor team members; conduct regular feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with partners, managers, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Monitor timelines, resources, billings, and collections.
• Identify risks and opportunities; propose solutions.
• Direct client communications on status, findings, and recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.
• Assist business development when required.
