HRTX is seeking a strategic Head of Information Technology to shape and execute the technology vision for a fast-growing retail-focused organization. This role oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and digital innovation to drive measurable business value.

The VP/Head will lead IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives, manage budgets, and partner with executives to align technology with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Extensive leadership experience in large-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive digital transformation across IT landscape, cloud, AI and analytics.
• Establish governance, risk management and regulatory compliance programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team with succession planning.
• Oversee budgeting, cost optimization and ROI of tech investments.
• Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
