You will guide projects, tailor programs to client needs, and coach engagement teams while collaborating with clients, Senior Managers and Partners. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality services, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement within the Digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years in business consulting or IT assurance projects.
• Experience in IT governance and cybersecurity controls.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT governance and cybersecurity engagements of low- to medium complexity.
• Tailor programs and methodologies to client needs and technology environment.
• Manage project planning, execution, resources, timelines and deliverables.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Communicate status, findings and recommendations to clients and partners.
• Oversee deliverables quality and engagement billing.
• Support business development within Digital Trust Services.
