Job summary

hrtx is seeking an IT consulting professional in Makati to lead engagements in cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and business continuity. You will conduct client walkthroughs, assess IT processes and controls, and deliver recommendations to strengthen security and governance practices.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT consulting or related fields, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication plus project management skills to collaborate with client teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting, IT assurance, cybersecurity, information security, IT governance, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead IT consulting engagements involving cybersecurity, information security, IT governance, IT risk, and business continuity/resilience management.
• Conduct client walkthroughs, interviews, and assessments to evaluate IT processes, controls, and security practices.
• Identify IT risks and control gaps, and assist in developing recommendations to improve clients’ security and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with project teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and deliver quality outputs.
• Prepare assessment reports, documentation, presentations, and other project deliverables in accordance with consulting standards.
