Vipre Security Group in the Philippines seeks a Sales Administrator to support the EMEA sales team with account analysis, billing administration, and reporting. You will ensure CRM data integrity, prepare campaign data, and oversee both automated and manual invoicing in a fast-paced software environment.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, and sales leadership to drive efficiency and revenue growth while maintaining contract compliance and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales administration, sales operations, order management, or similar role, preferably in software/SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent data entry, contract review, and billing data processing.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Account Managers, Finance, and external clients.

Responsabilités

• Account Portfolio Analysis: analyse account portfolios with Account Managers to identify whitespace, renewal risks, and up-sell targets.
• Campaign Data Preparation: extract, clean and format target lists and contact data from CRM for sales campaigns.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: respond to reporting needs from Account Managers and sales leadership with customised reports.
• Automated Billing Management: oversee automated billing processes and recurring software licenses.
• Manual Billing Administration: manage manual billing for bespoke recurring licensing contracts per negotiated terms.
• Data Integrity: maintain CRM data hygiene for accounts, billing contacts, and opportunities.
