Job summary

Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a senior trainer and assessor to deliver WSQ/CASL courses in the Philippines. The role focuses on competency-based assessments, robust record-keeping, and constructive feedback to learners.

The ideal candidate has ACTA or ACLP, is registered in the NAE TA EPP pathway, 10+ years in the domain, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Availability on weekdays or weekends as required.

Qualifications

• ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) or ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance).
• Registered on the National Adult Educators (NAE) Registry under the Training and Adult Education Professionals Pathway (TAEPP).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in the course domain.
• Proven experience facilitating adult learning in a classroom.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Available for scheduled assignments on weekdays or weekends as required.
