Job summary

Kroll's Identity & Access Management team seeks an IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise identity services. You will work on authentication, SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and integrations across SaaS and on-prem apps, with focus on governance and security.

This hybrid role collaborates with Security and IT, supporting changes, documentation, and incident response in a US-hours environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting or engineering enterprise Identity & Access Management technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Experience with Sailpoint
• Experience implementing SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience integrating applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication and access issues.
• Understanding identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Knowledge of access controls, least privilege, and separation of duties.
• Experience with formal change, incident, and problem-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and engineering of IAM platforms and services.
• Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access controls.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory identity services.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and access-related issues.
• Assist with application onboarding and integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Support identity federation with SaaS and cloud apps.
• Assist with Sailpoint and other authentication platforms.
• Support RBAC and group-based access management.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure governance.
