Emapta Philippines is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Analyst to strengthen security across our hybrid IT landscape. You will detect threats, investigate incidents, and drive remediation across cloud, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.

You’ll work with Microsoft security technologies including 365 and Azure, leverage SIEM platforms, and contribute to Secure by Design initiatives while collaborating with global teams for ongoing security improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with security operations and incident response.
• Experience in vulnerability management, risk remediation, security engineering and control implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud, identity and endpoint security, including security platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen security controls across infrastructure, cloud, identity and endpoint environments.
• Assess vulnerabilities, prioritize risks, and coordinate remediation.
• Enhance monitoring and threat detection to reduce false alerts and improve insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, with strong exposure to security operations and incident response
• Proven capability in vulnerability management, risk remediation, security engineering, and security control implementation
• Practical experience in threat detection, security monitoring, incident investigation, and SIEM platforms
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with technology teams and external service providers
• Knowledge of cloud, identity, and endpoint security, including relevant security platforms and tools
• Exposure to security automation, scripting, threat intelligence, threat hunting, testing, and assurance is preferred
• Understanding of security architecture and Secure by Design principles
• Experience with Microsoft security technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure security capabilities is highly regarded
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or CIS Controls
• Exposure to vulnerability management, incident investigation, service management, and workflow platforms

• Strengthen security controls across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint environments
• Assess vulnerabilities, prioritize risks, and coordinate timely remediation
• Enhance security monitoring and threat detection to improve actionable insights and reduce false alerts
• Investigate, contain, resolve, and support recovery from security incidents
• Refine incident response processes through testing, reviews, and lessons learned
• Optimize security tools to improve automation, visibility, and operational efficiency
• Evaluate technical security risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions
• Embed Secure by Design and Secure by Default principles across technology delivery
• Partner with technology teams, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain effective security practices
• Provide technical security guidance to support risk-based business decisions
• Improve threat detection, incident response, and recovery capabilities
• Drive measurable cybersecurity improvements aligned with the NIS Strategy 2030
