Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Level 2 Cyber Security role.
• CompTIA Security+ or CYSA+ or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect Microchip Technology Inc. information systems and networks from cyber threats.
• Lead blue team operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and security engineering.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure robust cybersecurity posture.
• Develop and refine security strategies, playbooks, and documentation.
• Mentor Level 1 analysts and provide guidance during incidents.
• Deliver timely incident response, investigations, and containment actions.
