Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in the Philippines is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our Security Operations Center. You will monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to threats and security incidents as part of a global SOC.

You’ll drive incident response, threat analysis, and continuous improvements in detection and monitoring, collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen our security posture in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• minimum of three years in SOC or Cyber Defense; strong incident response and threat analysis background.
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, and network security monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents in Henkel’s SOC.
• Proactively manage security events to minimize impact of incidents and risks.
• Serve as SME in cyber defense, driving improvements in threat detection and monitoring.
• Identify emerging threats, trends, and opportunities to strengthen security posture.
• Assess and recommend new security technologies, including cloud security and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align cybersecurity with business needs.
• Support enhancement of Henkel’s cyber defense strategy through innovation.
