Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a CX Data Analyst & Power BI Engineer to join the CX Transformation team. You will manage day-to-day data operations, build and optimize dashboards, and shape data architecture that powers client CX strategy.

You will own the reporting suite, update dashboards as requirements evolve, design new dataflows, ensure data freshness, and translate complex datasets into clear insights for leadership, collaborating with the Insights Hub Manager.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Engineering roles.
• Strong Power BI proficiency with end-to-end dashboard development.
• Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Trend Analysis & Reporting: manage daily/weekly CX reports and identify insights.
• Dashboard Maintenance & Evolution: own Power BI reports, update logic and visuals.
• Ad-Hoc Development: design/build new dashboards and Dataflows as needed.
• Data Integrity & Summarization: ensure data refreshes and translate data into visuals for leadership.
• Collaborative Optimization: work with Insights Hub Manager on technical updates.
• Documentation: maintain logs of reporting updates and data definitions.
