Job summary

Confidential in Metro Manila seeks a Senior BI Analyst to own end-to-end reporting for the CX organization, from requirements to released reports. You will design data models, build ETL pipelines, and deliver Power BI solutions with minimal supervision, aligning with stakeholder needs.

The role requires strong Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and governance skills, with experience in Excel and Salesforce data structures.

Qualifications

5+ years in BI development, reporting, or data analytics delivering end-to-end reports.
Advanced Power BI skills: Power Query, M, DAX, and data modeling.
Dimensional and medallion data modeling techniques.
Semantic model governance including row-level security and workspace access.
Advanced Excel for data maintenance and analysis.
Familiarity with Salesforce data structures (Cases, Users, Opportunities).
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing for work tracking.

Responsibilities

Gather stakeholder requirements and translate into technical specs and report designs.
Build reports and dashboards in Power BI and ensure consistent formatting.
Deliver ad hoc requests via Excel or Salesforce reports when needed.
Design semantic model structure including tables and relationships.
Develop and maintain Power BI dataflows across layers Bronze/Silver/Gold.
Write and troubleshoot Power Query transformations.
Coordinate release planning and data lineage documentation; track data quality issues.
Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as needed.
