Job summary

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS and a strong desire to master quickly.
• 1–3 years in technical support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration; contact centre experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical issues into clear client updates.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for client support requests related to Amazon Connect and AWS CX solutions.
• Perform initial triage to determine root cause and reference knowledge bases for resolution.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of tickets and keep clients informed aligned with company values.
• Escalate complex issues with clear reproduction steps and context.
