Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CVM Lifecycle Campaign Associate Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns for Australia Telco clients. You will own planning, briefing, execution, tracking, and reporting, collaborating with onshore stakeholders while driving day-to-day delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, and Data & Analytics, ensuring data readiness and campaign effectiveness, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in campaign management, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing.
• Ideally in Telco, SaaS, or B2B Technology environments.
• Strong experience writing structured briefs, reports, and marketing documentation.
• Solid data handling skills (Excel or similar)—segmentation, QA, validation.
• Understanding of campaign fundamentals: targeting, personalisation, lifecycle journeys.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with distributed or offshore teams across time zones (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, targeting, and messaging with stakeholders.
• Develop structured briefs for agencies and internal teams (CRM/Marketo).
• Build personalisation matrices (segment × trigger × message × data variables).
• Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Sales Enablement, Data & Analytics, CRM, and Legal teams.
• Coordinate campaign requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
• Prepare and validate audience data files for deployment.
• Compile campaign performance metrics and provide insights.
