Royal Cargo Inc. in Parañaque City seeks an Import/Customs Associate to ensure accurate tariff classification, complete customs documentation, and timely clearance of import shipments from customs custody.

You will liaise with external parties and act as the company’s representative to secure compliant shipping documents. The ideal candidate has a BS in Customs Administration or relevant background, with 6 months to 1 year in customs brokerage or logistics, and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

• BS Customs Administration or related degree required; broker license is a plus.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in customs brokerage or logistics.
• Experience handling import/export shipments (air or sea).
• Proficient in MS Office; good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring accurate tariff classification, customs documentation, and clearance of import shipments, while facilitating timely release from customs custody. Acts as the company's representative in processing and coordinating required shipping documents with external parties to ensure compliance with import regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate tariff classification, and lodgment of shipments

• Perform accurate documentation, customs clearance, processing and timely release of Import shipments from customs custody.

• Represents the company in complying the required shipping documents that needs processing and documentation from outside parties.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration, Licensed Customs Broker is a plus

• At least 6 months - 1 year working experience in the same capacity gained from a Customs Brokerage or Logistics Industry

• Experience handling Import/Export Shipments (Air or Sea)

• Knowledgeable in Computation of Duties and Taxes, Lodgment of Entries thru E2M or CDEC System

• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Willing to work in Paranaque City
