Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Customs Clearance Assistant Manager to lead import/export clearance operations in alignment with Bureau of Customs regulations.

The role focuses on team leadership, coordination with forwarders and brokers, and ensuring accurate documentation across all shipments. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in customs clearance, and strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong educational foundation in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with customs clearance and international coordination is required.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead import and export customs clearance activities in compliance with regulations.
• Review and ensure accuracy of customs documents, shipment records, and classifications.
• Manage customs-related concerns including holds, documentation gaps, and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Oversee end-to-end monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments for timely clearance.
