Job summary

• Design and deliver onboarding, technical, compliance, refresher, and role-specific training programs.
• Identify capability gaps by analysing operational performance, quality trends, and changing requirements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning content, and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Training & Capability Development – Design and deliver onboarding, technical, compliance, refresher, and role-specific training programs for Clearance & Brokerage employees.
• Training Needs & Performance Analysis – Identify capability gaps by analysing operational performance, quality trends, process changes, compliance requirements, and business needs.
• Learning Content Development – Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning content, job aids, assessments, and knowledge resources.
• Technical & Subject Matter Expertise – Serve as a subject matter expert on Clearance & Brokerage processes, customs regulations, import/export requirements, and operational best practices.
• Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement – Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, coaching observations, and stakeholder feedback; improve training solutions.
• Change & Implementation Support – Support new process implementations, system enhancements, and operational changes through structured training and knowledge transfer.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Align learning solutions with operational, business, and regulatory requirements.
