Job summary

FedEx Express seeks a skilled Clearance & Brokerage Training Specialist to strengthen the learning program across onboarding, compliance, and process improvement. You will develop and deliver training that ensures teams have the knowledge to perform compliant, efficient, and customer-focused clearance services.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Compliance to tailor content, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver onboarding, technical, compliance, refresher, and role-specific training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding, technical, compliance, refresher, and role-specific training programs for Clearance & Brokerage employees.
• Identify capability gaps by analysing operational performance, quality trends, process changes, compliance requirements, and business needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning content, job aids, assessments, and knowledge resources.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Clearance & Brokerage processes, customs regulations, import/export requirements, and best practices.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, coaching observations, and stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve training solutions.
• Support new process implementations, system enhancements, and operational changes through structured training and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with Operations leaders, Quality, Compliance, regional teams, and other stakeholders to align learning solutions with requirements.
