Qualifications

• At least 12 months of BPO experience handling English-speaking accounts (US/UK/AU).
• At least a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous, relational).
• Strong comprehension and learning agility.
• Able to work in a paperless environment with strict information security measures.
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date.
