You will use your customer interaction skills to resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• 12 months of BPO experience with English-speaking accounts (US/UK/AU)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous)
• Strong comprehension and learning agility
• Able to work in a paperless environment with information security compliance
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
