You will use your customer interaction skills to resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• 12 months of BPO experience with English-speaking accounts (US/UK/AU)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (conversational, confident, spontaneous)
• Strong comprehension and learning agility
• Able to work in a paperless environment with information security compliance
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date

Job Description

Afni Philippines is looking for Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to support our company in Commonwealth, Quezon City. In this role, you'll be using your customer interaction skills to deliver excellent customer service.
