• With or without BPO experience.
• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS graduate.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

• Follow standard operations and procedures.
