Job summary

cnx is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the Homecoming program in Cagayan De Oro. The role supports customers via inbound/outbound calls and online channels, resolving routine issues and ensuring service quality.

The position requires a high school diploma and 3–6 months of relevant experience, with strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to rotate shifts and work as part of a team is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions.

• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriate account notes.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
