GAINSTRONG TALENT SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking a Customer Support Representative for its Ride-Sharing Sales Account. This role targets candidates with BPO or sales experience and offers competitive incentives.

You will handle inquiries, assist with accounts and bookings, and aim to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service. On-site work with a shifting schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of BPO/Contact Center experience, OR at least 6 months of BPO or non-BPO sales experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site with a rotating schedule.
