Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and technical support of Huawei Wireless/Optics Network products, BSC, RNC RTN, OSN.
• Provide remote technical support to customers for Huawei Wireless Network elements and troubleshoot service-affecting issues.
• Execute software patch updates, version upgrades, and corrective maintenance for Wireless Network systems.
• Provide onsite support for critical Wireless Network issues following SLA and escalation procedures.
• Analyze faults and develop technical solutions; review resolutions with customers and implement them.
• Carry out proactive maintenance tasks to ensure long-term network stability.
• Communicate with customers about technical plans, maintenance actions, and service progress.
• Organize routine service review meetings and manage ongoing customer requirements.

Job description

1. 1. Responsible for maintenance and technical support of Huawei Wireless/Optics Network products, BSC, RNC RTN, OSN. This includes network stability assurance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and on-site support when required.


2. 2. Provide remote technical support to customers for Huawei Wireless Network elements. Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of service-affecting issues and assist in service restoration during outages in the live network.


3. 3. Execute software patch updates, version upgrades, and corrective maintenance activities for Wireless Network systems to fix software defects, maintain version alignment, and improve system performance and reliability.


4. 4. Provide onsite support for critical or complex Wireless Network issues that cannot be resolved remotely or by customer/subcontractor, following SLA commitments and escalation procedures.


5. 5. Analyze faults and develop appropriate technical solutions based on troubleshooting findings. Review technical resolutions with the customer and implement approved solutions in the live Wireless Network, ensuring successful execution and minimal service disruption.


6. 6. Carry out proactive maintenance tasks for Wireless Network platforms, including risk identification and elimination, rectification activities, switchover verification, contingency drills, topology updates, and end-of-support (EOS) lifecycle management to ensure long-term network stability.


7. 7. Communicate with customers regarding technical solution plans, maintenance actions, and service progress. Organize and participate in regular service delivery meetings, manage ongoing customer requirements, and work to improve customer satisfaction.


8. 8. Communicate with customer about the technical solution scheme, organize the routine service support meeting, maintain the customer requirement and improve customer satisfaction.
