You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while ensuring high professional standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand needs and provide solutions.
