Firstsource-Solutions-1 is seeking an Associate to join the Science Hub Tower, Taguig. You will deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or Communications.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
