Job summary

MyPass Global, a multi-award-winning workforce compliance software company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Cebu to onboard customers, manage renewals, and drive retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform and achieve successful deployments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer success or SaaS, strong CRM and data-analysis skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, customer service, or project implementation in B2B/SaaS.
• Strong CRM, data analysis, and communication skills.
• Experience with onboarding and renewal processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and manage setup of portals and accounts.
• Support renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities for owned portfolios.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve customer adoption.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and monitor customer engagement metrics.
• Provide product training and conduct client reviews to maximise value.
