Job summary

MyPass in Cebu City is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage onboarding and ongoing support, coordinating portal setup, billing, and issue resolution. You will drive user adoption, train customers, and work with CS teams to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer success or related fields, strong CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot), and excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration. Office in Cebu IT Park with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in customer service, CS, or project implementation in B2B or SaaS/tech.
Strong exposure to B2B business models and stakeholder relationships.
Systems agnostic across CRM, portal, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers and vendors, including portal setup, billing, and issue resolution.
Ensure portal functionality and worker mobilisation.
Provide prompt onboarding support for features and queries.
Communicate with clients to promote platform use and educate on features.
Conduct training sessions.
Manage renewals, collections, and retention strategies.
Support CS Managers on project management and onboarding delivery.
