Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary interface of onsemi to external customers and vice versa.
• Process customer orders to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to handle customer requests properly.
• Independently respond to correspondence, manage meetings with customers, and handle complaints.
• Comply with Customer Service business rules, techniques, and protocols.
• Provide tactical support for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization of support services and tools.
