Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Ortigas, Pasig office with US EST night shift. You’ll own renewals, expansions, and overall customer outcomes, partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to maximize value.

You’ll manage a portfolio of US-based clients, drive retention, and build trusted relationships while guiding customers from onboarding through renewal and growth. Strong communication and data-driven mindset required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer-facing experience managing a portfolio of 300+ accounts.
• Experience using Gainsight and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for social technologies and the SaaS space.
• Customer-first mentality and a talent for building strong relationships.
• Experience working cross-departmentally (Sales, Front-line Customer Service, Product, Engineering) to serve customer needs.
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Ownership: become trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, understand business strategy and measures for success; own renewals, account growth, product adoption and ROI.
• Renewal, Retention & Growth: own renewal process, forecasts, and drive upsell/cross-sell with cross-functional support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Best Practices: advocate for customers, share best practices, document interactions in Gainsight.
