Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You will act as trusted advisor to executive sponsors, drive retention and revenue, and partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Finance to maximize ROI.

You will manage cross-functional activities, run renewal negotiations with support from the legal team, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering measurable value from our SaaS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer-facing experience in SaaS or subscription business.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 300+ accounts.
• Experience using Gainsight and Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of customer relationship including renewals and growth.
• Lead account reviews and communicate product value to stakeholders.
• Forecast renewal and upsell opportunities through proactive account management.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Finance.
